Shipping Policy
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to click. Once payment is received via PayU or bank transfer, we will begin processing your order. You will be kept up to date on the progress of your order.
Estimated delivery date = shipping date + delivery time
The shipping date for standard products depends on stock availability, current production capacity, and your chosen payment method. For all products, the shipping timeframe in business days is specified in the product description.
Delivery time also depends on the shipping method you select.
Product Availability
Each product listing includes an estimated dispatch timeframe — from 24 hours for in-stock items to several or even a dozen or more days for made-to-order products. We do our best to ensure that the availability shown on our website reflects actual stock levels; however, in some cases delivery may take longer — we will notify you promptly if this occurs.
If you order multiple products, the shipping time for the entire order is based on the product with the longest lead time. Orders can be fulfilled in stages — please contact us or add a note to your order if you'd like this option.
