Complaints

Before accepting your delivery, always check whether it has been damaged in transit. If the packaging shows visible external damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us by phone at {shop_phone}.

You always have the option to open the parcel in the presence of the courier — if any discrepancy is found, a discrepancy report is drawn up, which serves as the basis for a subsequent complaint.

If the purchased product turns out to be inconsistent with the description or the design approved by the Customer, please follow the complaint procedure below:

  • Submit your complaint to us by email.
  • Within 14 days of receiving your complaint, we will review it and immediately notify you by email or phone of our decision.
  • If the complaint is upheld, within 7 business days of the decision we will compensate you by: repairing the product, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund.
  • If the complaint is deemed unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of our decision.
  • If we do not respond to your complaint within 14 days, it will be automatically accepted.

Returns

Returns do not apply to made-to-order products.

For factory-produced products, the following procedure applies:

If you wish to return a product:

  • Send the purchased product back in undamaged condition and in its original packaging with all contents included.
  • Include a written statement expressing your wish to return the product, along with the bank account number to which the refund should be transferred.
  • Within 3 business days of receiving your parcel, we will inspect the condition of the product (checking for signs of use, damage, or missing contents).
  • If no issues are found, we will send you an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund will be transferred to the provided bank account within 7 days. For card payments, the refund will be returned to the original card.

If your return is rejected (due to damage or signs of use), we will notify you by email. Within 7 business days, we will send the product back to your return address at our expense.
